Came in, informed me about what he was going to do, did the inspection, mentioned what he thought should be done, did what needed to be done, and again, AWESOME! I highly recommend this young man.

We needed service (2-6-20) on a outdoor pool fill piping that broke when a outdoor chair crashed into the pipe due to high winds. Sanderson came though again with great work and reasonable rates.

We had a slow kitchen drain and two slow bathroom drains. When I called they suggested a method to solve without any cost or a visit. The method did not entirely work. So we established a time and price.

They were on time, reasonable cost, knowledgable, did not up sell, and cleaned up after themselves. Also they provided tips to prevent further drain problems. What a great company.

Hot water tank finally gave up and leaked into the house. These guys responded very fast and provided a great work around so we could keep our hot water flowing while the restoration folks cut up the soaked dry wall and dried everything out. The two technicians that came were very friendly and professional. They called when they were on their way per my request. They explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. They were nice to my kids that followed them around while they checked things inside the house. They asked to use our house to clean the coils of our units and even though the hose was unwound and all over our porch when they went to use it, they wound it up properly when they were done. It was a great experience. Even though our property management company hired them to do maintenance on the house we are renting, I will call them when we own our own house in the future.

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!
