My air conditioner went out on me and Logan From KB Complete was the serviceman who did the diagnostic check on the system. He was friendly, and knowledgeable and was excellent at explaining my problem to me. He was prompt and went out of his way to adjust me into his schedule.

Excellent work - finished early - felt like it was a good value for the amount of work.

Had a basement drain backup recently one evening after work, in our 80yr old home.
Called Alex to explain my situation and to see if they could send someone out that evening.
He said he could, but was very open about what that would cost me.
He said if there was any way that we could wait until the next day, that he could have someone come by when I got home from work at 5:30pm.

Long story short, they showed up on time, told me what it would cost and got right to work.
The Tech (Jason, I believe) was having a difficult time with the old plumbing, but with persistence he was able to clear my drain.
It only took a couple hours and the price was more than fair in my opinion.

I would definitely recommend them and I appreciated their fairness and transparency on what the repair would cost, and I appreciated them accommodating my work schedule. Kudos to Alex and Jason.

This was my first time using Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling and I was super impressed! Stacy was very helpful in getting my appointment made. Tito was our service technician and arrived within a few hours of the appointment being made, got us all fixed up and the AC is running great again! Awesome experience!

Initially had trouble communicating with them regarding a bathroom remodel but I've since worked with them on two other plumbing needs and plan to continue working them them for all future plumbing needs. One thing I can tell you is that Zack and Chris are DEFINITELY dedicated to customer experience.

I called up Pierpoint Plumbing, they came out to our house right away and fixed the leak. The best part is that they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! I will be using them in the future.

I had them do a few smaller jobs and they were always great and priced right. I finally had a big job, new bathtub install and whole house gas instant water heater. They are a great plumbing company. Will use again.
