I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. Bristol Plumbing came out this morning to repair frozen water pipes leading to the kitchen sink. I called on Sunday & they came out first thing this morning. They were meticulous in assessing the problem & determining the location of the frozen pipe in the finished basement ceiling. They were careful only to remove the necessary drywall to locate the correct water pipes. Our kitchen faucet is now working & we have a plan to correct the problem for the long term. Their pricing was very fair for the work they did, especially on a sub-freezing day. I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing!
