I recently had my heat pump serviced and was so appreciative of the great customer service! Kyle was my technician and he was thorough, professional and polite. I would not use any other company for my heating and cooling needs.

I called Bristol as my 13 year old Noritz tankless hot water heater had developed a significant drip and had stopped working. Mike and his team were out the very next morning and confirmed that the unit was indeed “toast” and needed to be replaced. Mike and his crew showed up the next morning and began the removal and replacement with a new Noitz tankless. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and willingness to explain all the way through the process. He made some needed changes to the existing air intake and exhaust piping and took the time to explain why. They left the area clean and just like they found it. Needless to say my experience was awesome and I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing.

For anyone out there looking for a plumber stop right now...John the plumber and his crew were the most professional people I've ever had come do anything to my house I have hired electricians two plumbers and John the plumber had to come repair most of that stuff or go around it because the people I paid $4,000 to messed up so John the plumber came and fixed everything for me my basement is clear my drains are unclogged and he has a very very reasonable rate love the service. I had plumbing work done 9/11/2020 and was very satisfied. My sinc developed a small leak over the weekend and I called to have a technician look at it 9/14/2020 Phil was the technician he came out and fixed the problem. I am very satisfied with LBA and will continue using this service.
