Our new to us townhouse had issues with the kitchen waste disposal, dish washer, and hot water heater. We called Jerry because his web site included clear and understandable explanations of plumbing problems, including DIY instructions for many issues. His knowledge and professionalism impressed us. Jerry arrived on time, diagnosed each problem and explained exactly what had happened, what needed to be done, and why. His inspection also disclosed a potential problem with the dishwasher that would have caused a flood of waste water to damage our kitchen cabinets and wood floor.
