Nicholas did a great job inspecting our HVAC, providing maintenance, and ultimately repairing one of the three issues he found. The other two are minor things we are able to address ourselves, and we are so glad he was willing to put in the new flue piping in the attic on a hot afternoon! Pictures, explanations, and work were excellent.I highly recommend KB Complete. Every single repair person has been nice, informative, hardworking, and supportive of our efforts to fix minor issues ourselves. Kyle for plumbing, Nicholas for HVAC, and Michael for electrical - they have all been great and helped us learn so much about maintaining our house. It’s not just about paying them to repair something - these guys know their trade and work as a team to support you as the customer and homeowner.

Mike and his staff are awesome. Installed a new water heater, new pressure regulator, and several shutoff valves. Excellent value, very reasonable price. I highly recommend Bristol Plumbing and will definitely use their services again.

The gentleman that replaced our water heater were some of the friendliest and good working people I’ve had do something to my house. The quality of work the did was spot on and they even fixed stuff that was done by previous owners incorrectly to make our system better and safer.

I had Pierpoint come out and give me a quote for three issues, needed a new outdoor spigot, pressure release valve, and a water shut off in the crawl space.

Quote went fine, I called a week or so later to schedule someone to come out. Day of my appointment, guy shows up and asks what we're doing. Tell him about the three issues above, says he doesn't have a spigot on hand and will need to run to the store. He's gone for an hour, not the end of the world but comes back and gets to it. He comes and gets me when he's done, tells me about how a pipe in my crawlspace is disconnected and someone will reach out to give me a quote since that's not his job, I pay and he leaves.

I decide to check on the water shut off as I was about to go on vacation and turns out they didn't install the shut off, only the pressure release valve. I call back and ask if they can come back out and install the shut off as well as give me the quote for the disconnected pipe. Lady on the phone is nice and says they'll have the same guy come out and install it and have the quote guy come at the same time.

Next day, guy does show up and fix the issue but the guy who was supposed to give me a quote for the disconnected pipe never shows up. No explanation or reschedule either.

Ended up calling someone else (John from Superior Plumbing KC) who came out day-of and fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes, so I'm not really sure why Pierpoint needed to have another person come out and give me a quote when it was an easy fix.

Overall they did what I paid them to do, but communication was poor and I'm not a fan of how they seemingly were fine with letting my pipe stay disconnected down there dumping water/waste.

The guys who come out to your house do great work and arrive within the appointed window. Pricing is quite reasonable as well. The office staff are polite and seem to know their work, but not very quick to follow up if you have to leave a message, which, it seems, you often have to do. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.

The main water pipe coming into my house froze earlier this week. I called several plumbers and was waitlisted for all of them. Jerry responded to my query with some possible solutions. I did exactly as he said, and in less than three hours our water was back on. I’m so impressed by his willingness to assist me even though he was busy with other customers. I could have easily spent hundreds of dollars trying to get this fixed. Instead, based on Jerry’s suggestion, I fixed the problem with a $20 halogen lamp. The next time I need a plumber, I’m definitely calling Advocate Master Plumbing.
