We called several other 24 hour services, and not only was KB the first available to come out (just 2 hrs later), they were also the least expensive for an emergency call. The technician Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with - he was very kind and helpful. We will be using them in the future!

Had a great experience with True Blue! Alex Manrique was our plumber and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. I showed him the issue we were experiencing and he immediately knew what the problem was. He still went to check to confirm his assessment and also went so far as the check the water pressure to the house as a whole. He didn't try to upsell us on anything other than what he believed to be the issue. I felt confident in his assessment, so we moved forward with the repair while he was there and he completed the repair in just over an hour. Ever since, we have had no sign of the previous issue and the water pressure has been SO much better! Will definitely be using True Blue again and requesting Alex in the future.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... Their technician caused my pipe to crack, left without fixing the problem, left without cleaning up his mess, and I’ve been told, even though I have water leaking in my basement, that I have to wait until tomorrow morning. Definitely not 24 hour service.
