Came over with basically no notice to check my spouse's DIY attempt at installing a new water heater. It turned into a several hours job of basically redoing the entire thing. They stayed well after their normal hours, were exceedingly kind, and still cost about half what Roto Rooter had quoted just for installation labor a week before. I picked them based on their reviews and they did not disappoint.

Danny Napier always does a great job! He has fixed our gas line to our gas log fireplace at home and performed excellent commercial work at our office including toilet repair, faucet repair, hot water heater installations and drinking fountain installation.

Great communication, prompt and courteous. Technician was knowledgeable and was able to offer suggestions on how to optimize our usage of our system to equalize heating/cooling throughout the house. Maintenance services were performed without the upsell you get from a lot of the other HVAC companies. Will definitely use these folks again.

Jason came out and tried every possible way to troubleshoot and repair my existing water heater. After his second trip, a new water heater was needed - he made sure to get it done for us the same day!He was extremely nice, professional, worked efficiently, and made sure to stick around to ensure that the new water heater was working properly. Jason was a pleasure to work with and we’ll definitely be requesting him to come out if we ever need work done again!

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

From the woman on the phone who calmed my nerves to the plumber, Kevin, who took care of all my issues, the experience was pleasant. It didn't cost near as much as I Feared and Kevin discussed the costs with me beforehand. The fact that they were able to respond within an hour of calling was also I HUGE plus. Really enjoyed working with Snake 'N' Rooter. They were referred to me by a trusted friend. Setting up the appointment was easy, they came out in a timely fashion and quoted and were out two days later to do the work. Bryan (#361) was the one who did my quote and the work. He was very kind and professional. I felt safe having him in my home! He ran a gas line for my stove and fixed a water leak under my bathtub. So happy to have both things taken care of, for a great price! Would definitely recommend!
