Best Sewer Line Replacement in Kansas City MO

Did a great job servicing my central air unit but a little concerned about a $200.00 part that might have to be replaced some time. I am 80 and the air is very important to me.

They were great. Quick response to my inquiry. Could get me on their schedule within a week. Half the price of a large plumbing company in the area which was great as I was hydro-jetting as preventative maintenance. They only need an hour from knocking on my door to pulling out of my driveway.

Travis came out gave estimate he was very knowledgeable and professional,also came later to run the camera to determine the cause. Then Ray did the schedule for one day since rain was coming. Mike,Allen and Terry did the work. They all worked together so well and were obviously very knowledgeable about the process of getting the job done. Mike did the finish work of filling and grading, he did a fantastic job. I wished after he left I had looked at the work closer and told him in person how pleased I was. Had a basement drain backup recently one evening after work, in our 80yr old home.
Called Alex to explain my situation and to see if they could send someone out that evening.
He said he could, but was very open about what that would cost me.
He said if there was any way that we could wait until the next day, that he could have someone come by when I got home from work at 5:30pm.

Long story short, they showed up on time, told me what it would cost and got right to work.
The Tech (Jason, I believe) was having a difficult time with the old plumbing, but with persistence he was able to clear my drain.
It only took a couple hours and the price was more than fair in my opinion.

I would definitely recommend them and I appreciated their fairness and transparency on what the repair would cost, and I appreciated them accommodating my work schedule. Kudos to Alex and Jason.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.
