I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. My CO detector went off yesterday and the fire department found the source was my water heater. I called AB May and they came out within 2 hours of me calling and we found my heater needed to be replaced.Since it was end of day they were unable to get me the water heater as the store closed but today Curtis came and was thorough, professional, explained everything to me and was quick to finish a lot of work. Less than 24 hours after the detector first went off I'm set with a new water heater that is up to code.Excellent service!

John and Jet came out and performed a hydrojet cleaning of my sewer line for some minor roots. They were prompt, friendly, and got the job done and wrapped in less than an hour. These guys are awesome. Defiantly will be using them for any future needs and recommending them to others as well.

John was referred to me by a friend, he came out on time, uniformed up, he gave me a bid to replace my sewer they did it in a timely manner, had it inspected cleaned up after themselves..I will surely call him for all my plumbing needs..

I am an investor with many rental properties in the Kansas City area. I have been using Wel-Don for many years. Apparently, they have new owners, and the quality of work has suffered greatly. I have had them out several times on the same home to clear the main drain to the street. Today I had them out again for the same reason and they finally were able to clear the drain. The tech stated most plumbing companies won't run a snake all the way to the street because they're afraid of getting their snake hung up on the main sewer line. Apparently, my problem was tree roots right at the city's sewer line. Not only did they not clear the issue many calls previously, but they charged me $165 per call. In addition, today they wanted immediate payment upon completion stating they had a new system in place.
