I needed to have my sump pump discharge point extended from the middle of my yard or closer to the street gutters. I was quoted a reasonable price from Mac Wilson, which was half the cost of another company.

Zack and Kody showed up the day the work was schedule on time. They were polite, respectful and answered any question I had clearly and concisely. When they were finished I could barely tell they had just dug a large trough in my yard to lay the extending pipe. The seep box they installed is barely visible unless standing right over it. Donna, who works the phones was always attentive and made sure I was taken care of. I was very impressed with everyone I interacted with and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing project you have.

Technician Joey #360 came out in about an hour from the time I called the company. He knew exactly what to do about each of my issues and explained things thoroughly. He fixed a toilet that had been running and not removing solid waste efficiently, opened the cold water tap on a kitchen faucet, replaced a broken pipe under a sink, capped off an unused pipe, and cleared 2 bathroom sinks that had been draining slowly. He was professional and courteous and cleaned up the gunk that had accumulated in the pipes. He worked quickly and efficiently. Everything is working exactly as it's supposed to--no need for do-overs. He asked to make sure all of our plumbing issues had been taken care of before he left. I would definitely hire this company/technician again.

Our HOA used Vaughan to remove an unused 2 City water meter before we had our private streets repaved. Tommy Vaughan scheduled an appointment in just a few days, was prompt and delivered a bid where several other requests for bid didn't. His guys were efficient, courteous, and explained things well. Vaughan coordinated everything with the City Permits department and the Water Department. It was all wrapped up quickly, with minimal disruption to the surrounding grounds with the dig. Highly recommend them.
