Best Sewage Water in Kansas City MO

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Had a basement drain backup recently one evening after work, in our 80yr old home.
Called Alex to explain my situation and to see if they could send someone out that evening.
He said he could, but was very open about what that would cost me.
He said if there was any way that we could wait until the next day, that he could have someone come by when I got home from work at 5:30pm.

Long story short, they showed up on time, told me what it would cost and got right to work.
The Tech (Jason, I believe) was having a difficult time with the old plumbing, but with persistence he was able to clear my drain.
It only took a couple hours and the price was more than fair in my opinion.

I would definitely recommend them and I appreciated their fairness and transparency on what the repair would cost, and I appreciated them accommodating my work schedule. Kudos to Alex and Jason.

I was contacted by Mac Wilson Plumbing, after I posted my need for a water heater replacement. Donna; who was pleasure to work with, listened to me, and got me in touch Zach. We talked about what was going on with my existing water heater and determined that it was past its prime. Donna had told me that they installed Ruud Professional model heaters... not the type that is sold at the big box stores. I decided to go ahead, and was amazed when I was told that they could install it the very next day. Two plumbers showed up and finished the job in just a few hours. They were very conscientious and neat. Zach and everyone in this company are great to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumber... Very honest and customer oriented. Pricing was good too, Zach told me that most companies charge extra for the expansion tank; which code requires, but he includes it in the price.

Cory provided exceptional service for a installing a shut off valve and flex pipe for our gas stove at church and for replacing the water faucet in our home.

My initial contact with this company was awesome. The son was pleasant and got the job done; however I was not told key details. Guess what, same problem occurred today. Called the company back and got Patrick. He was very rude. He interrupted me constantly when I was trying to explain that I was not aware my services were not guaranteed and just a temporary fix. He talked to me as if I had plumbing know how although I kept trying to tell him I don't understand plumbing language. I told him I understood he was saying it wasn't guaranteed and that it would be full cost if he came out. I still wanted to be heard. He also laughed when I said I wasn't being heard. I was 100% willing to try the service again( even after being told it would be full price), but do to his poor customer service I'll go elsewhere. And to top it off, he hung up while I was still trying to talk.

Curtis came on THANKSGIVING DAY when we had a house full of people showing up and our main toilet not working. He was here right when he said, he got in and explained how he was going to fix the problem and got it done quickly! He was super nice and great to deal with. Will definitely be going with Roto-Rooter from now on!!

The gentleman that came to my home did a excellent job. He was very professional, and I will continue to use this company. You wont be disappointed.
