After hearing about these guys on Next Door and reading their reviews I decided to give them a call to clean out a drain that I have been having problems with. They were awesome the guy I talked to took the time to ask me about and troubleshoot my problem right over the phone. After talking to him what he said made complete sense and I went back and verified everything he said. I was able to resolve the problem without even having them come to house. I felt compelled to give them an amazing review for their incredible integrity and great customer service. I will definitely be using them for all my drain problems in the future.

Came out to clear my main sewer line that was backing up into my house. They came pretty quick, I already had the toilet pulled off to make it easier. Jeremy went down 100ft and pulled out a bunch of roots that grew in toward the end of the pipe. The price was great and after $100 service coupon they had on their website it was only $245. He told me there will be a follow up to run a camera down the pipe to inspect it for free!! Which would make this an amazing value! Seeing as renting a camera for a day from another source is $200. Jeremy was very respectful and professional. I highly recommend their services if you need them! Sewer line is now clear with a 6month warranty! Thanks again!!

Garrett (tech # 0358) came out and fixed our backed-up kitchen sink! It had been backing up into the other side of the sink and we were having trouble with backed-up water w/ the dishwasher too. Since he came there's been no problems at all.

They were able to get to my home in a great timely manner. I had AB May here before them and they could not unclogg my pipe in the kitchen and then they sent a camera tech in and tried to tell me there was all this stuff wrong that wasn't.i am so happy I call snake n rooter for a second opinion and they for sure got the job done right and didn't try to scam me like AB may did.
