Best Sewage System in Kansas City MO

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Had Alex and Josh clean my drains they also came back and put some solution in the drains to help open them up.

Mac is the best! Came over here last time, fixed shower leaking into basement ceiling with tightening the seal. Charged us nothing and gave advice as to who to call to fix backup in basement drain with a long enough auger.

Allan (1512) was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him a 1000 times over. We had a sump pump issue during a recent KC rain storm (Uncommon, right?!). He came over promptly the same-day and provided all the information needed to fix the issue. He returned the next day to install the sump pump and cleaned up any mess he made during the install. The price was fair, and he even knocked some off the top to accommodate me providing the parts needed.

Our HOA used Vaughan to remove an unused 2 City water meter before we had our private streets repaved. Tommy Vaughan scheduled an appointment in just a few days, was prompt and delivered a bid where several other requests for bid didn't. His guys were efficient, courteous, and explained things well. Vaughan coordinated everything with the City Permits department and the Water Department. It was all wrapped up quickly, with minimal disruption to the surrounding grounds with the dig. Highly recommend them.
