Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

I have been using Quality Plumbing for years for plumbing services and have had nothing but great service. I recently had a HVAC system installed by them and again was very impressed. I would highly recommend using them.

TERRIFIC! We did not have running water over the Labor Day holiday D/T a cracked housing unit on our water filtration system and had out of town guests D/T arrive by 3 PM that day. The first plumber I called on 9/6/2016 was Quality Plumbing. I spoke with Dan and within in 20 minutes of talking to him, he had arranged a plumber to be at our home. One hour later, Andy Patton was greeting us with a smile, ready to evaluate our problem. Quality Plumbing had the parts we needed and Andy had the work done within 20 minutes!!!! Andy was very courteous, professional and made sure we understood how the new unit worked before his departure.My Grandfather and Father have run their family plumbing business since 1925 in Maysville, Missouri. That being said, I know the value of quality workmanship and customer service. I will always support locally-owned companies and since Dad is too far away, Quality Plumbing, is now top on my list. I have already referred two people (Thanks for the cards, Andy). Keep up the good work guys.

Corky took the time to go through our prospective furnace and air-conditioner purchase and ensure our needs were met. As an asthma household, his recommendation to include a Sanuvox (whole-home air-cleaning system) to our home gave us something everyone appreciates, clean air at home. This was a need fulfilled.

After dreading installation day (during mid-July), we were more than pleased with the service team who arrived on time, worked steadily, and finished before 2:00 p.m. Each service-team member was friendly and knowledgeable. It really makes a difference when you are treated like a valued customer.

Brad #1184 responded to my home and I had several plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. He worked non stop for 3 hours and answered my questions(which were many by the way) kindly and professionally. He worked until each issue was corrected even though it was almost 10pm. I am very pleased with his service and expertise.

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!

I contacted Rice Plumbing to perform an inspection service in November. They confirmed the appointment and confirmed the required date of completion. Since then, they have been a no-show, no-call and I have followed up with several phone calls and voicemails. All of which have gone unanswered. This impacted the viability of a home purchase and I am very disappointed. I would recommend staying away from this business.
