Best Residential Water Heater in Kansas City MO

Although our huge job is not yet completed (totally replacing ac, heater, water heater, humidifier, and air purifier and duct work) we have been very impressed with everyone at KB Complete! We currently have three trucks and 5+ guys working in our utility room. They were prompt in arriving this morning, double checked and explained all the work, and are very diligent in keeping the area clean as they work. Carmen in the finance department has been awesome to work with! We really appreciate their hard work on such a cold day!! Will be using them for future needs and recommending them!

Connelly Plumbing, took time to understand my needs on the phone call. They arranged for an in person evaluation and estimate. Then completed the work beautifully. All three people I dealt with were nice, courteous and the two service technicians were on time as promised and introduced themselves. Cleaned up after the installation taking all the trash etc... Mike Covington, Bristol Plumbing, has always been my go to person on plumbing issues. He comes out , does what is needed and he doesn't try to oversell you something like other big box plumbing bushiness do.

We opted to decline repair services because it was so close to the cost of totally replacing our machine. It wasn't until I declined the all of the services (including the discount plan) that he explained the breakdown in a way to show just how affordable everything would have been. Just poorly communicated and in the end it seemed as if the initial quote was meant to pressure us into buying the plan.

Bill and Kendall came out friday and installed an RO water filter at my house. They did a great job, everything was hooked up correctly and done well. When it comes to plumbing i recommend these guys to everyone. thanks again!

What a great honest professional to do business with! Turns out my problem wasn't the water heater....and he told me so...and diagnosed the fact that it was a problem with my sump pump not working properly and the water I thought coming from my water heater was actually coming through the floor under my water heater! Most, I think would have just given me a new water heater...I'm a single woman, and I don't know about these things. After years of being taken advantage of by service people, it is so refreshing to find someone so honest, so knowledgeable and informative about water heaters and troubleshooting the problem! I very highly recommend this young man and his company. When I do need a water heater....I'm calling Chase!

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!
