Had 2 toilets repaired. A new door lock put on back door and a stair rail re-installed. All went smoothly. The tech, James showed up on time, explained all in detail and gave me tips on how to buy light fixtures for a future job. I would recommend and use again.

Woke up this Saturday morning COLD...realized after a quick call that I no longer had an HVAC plan...at 80 things like that happen more frequently...My neighbor...gonna call him Rudolph...had been boasting about KB COMPLETE for nearly 40 YEARS...so I called at last and they sent SAINT NICHOLAS just a few hours later to WARM us up with a single service call!

We had serious water pressure issues with our kitchen sink and refrigerator water line and had no clue what was causing either issue. We first hired Bob Hamilton. They sent a 20-year-old kid to our house who obviously had no clue what was causing either issue and said we likely had calcium sediment accumulation. He recommended a multi-thousand dollar repair despite displaying very little confidence that he had actually diagnosed our problem. We declined and resigned to having terrible water pressure in our kitchen.

On a recommendation from a friend, we gave Connelly Plumbing a shot. Steve (the owner) showed up to our house and immediately diagnosed both issues independently. He repaired the refrigerator water line within 20 minutes of the first visit and scheduled an appointment to fix our kitchen sink -- which he did without a problem. Both visits were very reasonably priced. Needless to say, we've been cursing Bob Hamilton's name ever since seeing how swiftly and cheaply Steve was able to get our pressure back to normal.

Precision Plumbing is one of the best to do it!! They really make sure the job gets done. Professional demeanor and a will to work hard for the customer. The two guys, Pat and Randall, who came to our home we're both friendly and kind and knew exactly what they were doing!!
Precision is unlike the multiple others who tried to fix our main line , as the others just told us that the job couldn't be done. But these two outstanding men both diagnosed the issue and didn't stop at anything to ensure the outcome of our problem was completed to our satisfaction. Not only, should I mention, did they fix our issue, they went above and beyond making sure all surrounding areas were eveb cleaner than it was before our issue.

After having several plumbers out to discuss our job, we decided to work with Mike / Bristol Plumbing.
After recently moving to the area from the east coast we were looking for a plumber who could help us with our ktichen remodel and install a new hot water heater but we were also looking for a plumber that we could call on in the future for other remodeling endeabvors or repears. Mike’s prefessional, knowledgeable, straight forward, honest approach was refreshing and was backed up by the quality of his work. We could not be happier with the work that was done and We will definitely be using Mike / Bristol Plumbing in the future... I can’t recomend them highly enough.

Brian was very thorough and helpful on not only this but other drainage issues/questions I had. Hope we don’t need him again soon but if we do he’s our guy!
