We had serious water pressure issues with our kitchen sink and refrigerator water line and had no clue what was causing either issue. We first hired Bob Hamilton. They sent a 20-year-old kid to our house who obviously had no clue what was causing either issue and said we likely had calcium sediment accumulation. He recommended a multi-thousand dollar repair despite displaying very little confidence that he had actually diagnosed our problem. We declined and resigned to having terrible water pressure in our kitchen.

On a recommendation from a friend, we gave Connelly Plumbing a shot. Steve (the owner) showed up to our house and immediately diagnosed both issues independently. He repaired the refrigerator water line within 20 minutes of the first visit and scheduled an appointment to fix our kitchen sink -- which he did without a problem. Both visits were very reasonably priced. Needless to say, we've been cursing Bob Hamilton's name ever since seeing how swiftly and cheaply Steve was able to get our pressure back to normal.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! KC Water Heater was able to return my call that morning, give a quote over the phone, and arrive on time same day. Chase quickly checked all existing connections and highlighted all areas that would be affected before he started. I couldn't be happier. The service was great! Arrived on time, found the problem (it was not easy--but he was determined to figure this out), tested and retested to make sure the problem was corrected, left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Would definitely recommend them!

Keith came over on Tuesday to inspect our kitchen faucet, which was leaking. He was able to identify the problem right away, and was upfront about how he could look for a replacement part, get it shipped (which would take weeks (we verified this with reviews of Glacier Bay)), and installed, but that would be more expensive than just replacing it. He gave us a recommendation of brands (Moen or Delta), and we were able to get one for him to come back out on Thursday to install.

He installed the sink in ~30 minutes, and was clean and efficient. We were able to pay by card, and we were even given a discount because of a scheduling miscommunication on our part.

We will definitely be using KP Plumbing again when the need arises!

Great and honest.! Travis ran the camera and showed me there were no breaks or fractures. He was able to locate the real problem (roots). He corrected the pronlem. Another company had advised the old clay pipe was broken and need replaced.

HORRIBLE company!!! I called and specifically asked them if they service my area and they said yes, they set my appointment up, THEN 20 minutes later, calls me to tell me that they don't service my area!!!!! After we had already talked to them three different times!!! Waste of my time when it is an emergency!!! Horrible customer service!
