Loren and Shawn were assigned to my project of putting in a pre-hung door. They did a fantastic job considering the rough-in was not a standard size. They were quick, efficient, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend them as they were both knowledgeable with what was needed and how to work around any problems that arose. Charged $89 for an estimate which was never mentioned until AFTER he gave me the estimate. Extremely unprofessional. Wouldn't use them even if they had the lowest bid.

Being a contractor myself, i can appreciate the commitment it requires to meet weekly and daily deadlines. So, when I needed repairs beyond my experience, I called Mike at Bristol Plumbing. I've come to appreciate the benefits of his plumbing knowledge and strait talk. He's always punctual and has done bid work as well as offering a fair hourly rate. And his work is much safer and cleaner than other companies who, I've come to understand, have overcharged me for similar repairs. Trust me. Whether you want a new water heater/expansion tank replacement or a toilet valve, the work will be done to code specification at a fair rate, and in a timely manor. But, that's what professionals do.

Did a great job on a complete update of kitchen. New cabinets, floors, countertop, backsplash, plumbing, electrical, and appliance installation.

Khan in was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I will use this company again for my plumbing needs.

Let me expree what a great job R-Mech did for me yesterday. I was in quit a tight spot because Select Home warranty company did not do what they promise they will do. R-Mech came in on a white horse and saved the day. I highly recommend this company.

I had two exterior doors installed with locksets. The handyman that came was extremely friendly.
One exterior door was done well. He seemed to struggle a bit with the door from the garage to the house. He had the interior trim attached and then added spray foam insulation. It was too much and popped the trim off. It also seems a bit tight and tends to pop open when you open it.
None of this is major and I accepted the work.
Overall, I'm fine recommending the Company to others.

Responsiveness was terrible. Didn't show up as scheduled; didn't initially call us back. Then told us they would be 90 minutes late for rescheduled visit. Again didn't return phone calls.

This is a call center number forwarded to Chicago. Website explaining this would be helpful. Very misleading

I called All N one pluming three years ago because I had a clog in the main drain. They came out the same day i called and cleaned it and charged me less then expected. Recently, I experienced a clog in my secondary so I called them back up. They managed to get it functioning but it backed up again the next week. They came out the next day i called and pushed out the clog and cleaned the main. I thought my pocket was going to suffer from the amount of work these guys were doing. They only chraged me for one visit and left here with a job well done. All In One Plumbing gets the job done and has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Other companies asked if I had stairs they had to go down and was a deal breaker whenever i said I did. All In One Plumbing, thank you! I will being calling you in the future.

I had a drain backing up and causing an awful smell. Made an appointment easily online at 11:45. Chris arrived at 2:15 and had our pipes cleared in about 45 minutes! Would highly recommend. Great customer service!

Had a water pipe break late super bowl sunday. Water all over leaking down to our basement. What a mess. Called the $49 handy man First thing Monday morning at 7:30 Feb 8th 2016 and was told they understood we needed it repaired right away. All day Monday no call no show no water no nothing. Finally received a call Tuesday morning saying they were getting their day started and would be here this morning and call us back. All day Tuesday, no calls no shows no water no nothing. Now at this point we have had enough. We have had to make sure someone was home for two full days. All they had to do was tell the truth and say they were to booked up and we would have called another company. We would have had water by now. I called them at 4:15pm on Tuesday just to get a answering machine. I left a message for someone to call by 9pm to let us know something. No calls back, no show no nothing. I guess we will have to take off work Wed for another company to come out and do our repair. NOT GOOD,NOT HAPPY,NOT GOOD BUSINESS AND COST US TIME AND MONEY!
