Jim was great. Showed up on time. Took care of interim repair and assisted in helping us order a permanent replacement part. We are very happy with his work and plan to have him back to do the replacement.

I called for a non-emergency, yet still time-sensitive service visit on a Friday, and they managed to get someone out to me the same day. Chet was the service tech, and he was polite, friendly, respectful, clean and thorough. He provided full explanations of the work he was doing, and did not try to add any unnecessary work. The service call could not have been better! We have been a KB Complete customer for several years, and have always had positive experiences. Thank you!!

John was referred to me by a friend, he came out on time, uniformed up, he gave me a bid to replace my sewer they did it in a timely manner, had it inspected cleaned up after themselves..I will surely call him for all my plumbing needs..

I've come to appreciate the benefits of his plumbing knowledge and strait talk. He's always punctual and has done bid work as well as offering a fair hourly rate. And his work is much safer and cleaner than other companies who, I've come to understand, have overcharged me for similar repairs. Trust me. Whether you want a new water heater/expansion tank replacement or a toilet valve, the work will be done to code specification at a fair rate, and in a timely manor. But, that's what professionals do.

Quality Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing and HVAC company. I was recently out of town and had issues with my heat pump. I did not have a cell signal when their technician arrived, but he was more than patient with me until we were finally able to connect. We called Servro out to get 2 feet of water out of our crawl space. They spent 4 hours and cost me $800. I called Delameter plumber to see if they could help. The owner came over and crawled through the wet crawl space and got the sump pump working, with this got rid of the water within 5 minutes!! Servpro cost me time and money and Delameter Plumber fix the problem with being here longer than 10 minutes tops!! Amazing

My wife and I called them back and ask them to remodel our hall bath. As a homeowner, you will always want things to be perfect, but I believe this company and the owner believes they will not leave until it’s perfect. They go above and beyond when they are here and they make sure all the plumbing works before they leave. The most important thing is they do it right the first time. I have never called them to come and fix a problem caused by them.

I will definitely use them again and I recommend them on any plumbing or remodel. They are great!!
