Best Pump Inspection in Kansas City MO

I called KB Complete for heater repair in October last year. The gas heater was functional on the outside unit and no hot air was being blown inside the building.The technician recommended replacing a 5HP Blower motor for $3500 plus labor and tax.I used a different company and got it running for $100 for a new belt plus labor and tax.Can’t believe how unethically this company functions.

They didnt answer. I called them twice. No one answered neither time

Personable plumber that was willing to explain what work was being performed and for what reason. Gave me a few tips for maintenance of some existing valves that were not being worked on.

Great team they didn’t come too early, so I didn’t have to wake up to a machine in my back yard tespectful to mine and my neighbors property.worked well and and diligently. Had a complete sewer line replacement with minimal collateral damage

Joe Blalock was professional and friendly. He did a very good job of checking electric outlets for safety and replacing a lightbulb on a 12-foot ceiling fixture.

Bill was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He wasn’t in a hurry and answered additional questions about other possible services I might want done in the future but didn’t pressure me.

Friday i had a simple clog and called to have someone come to inspect it. I was told they would call back in 30 minutes and they never did. I called back after an hour and they operator told me they were busy and eventually a plumber would call back. Its Monday and they still haven't. Fortunately, I could tell by the operator's tone and aloof attitude that this wasn't the start of a good experience so I immediately called Benjamin Franklin and they came the next day and took care of the issue. There is nothing wrong with being busy but maybe dont promise to call potential new customers back and not follow through. We have a small child and we would consider not being able to use our kitchen sink an emergency, even if you do not. This disparity in professionalism is surprising and typifies why I will never recommend this company. Bruce at Benjamin Franklin was excellent. Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
