I don’t ever write reviews but we scheduled a routine maintenance appointment with Climate Control Heating and Cooling Liberty. Our technician Ryan said our hvac system was very old and needed replaced. He said that our heat exchanger was bad and carbon monoxide was a real threat to our health and gas furnace legally had to be shut off for our safety. They sent a sales men out that same day to talk about buying new hvac system. They gave us a price estimate on replacing. We scheduled a second appointment with different company to get second opinion. They said our hvac system was working fine and heat exchanger was fine also!!! Don’t walk…... RUN from this place!!!

The only problem is, they give you a 8am to 5pm window! May spend the day waiting.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I used this company through my insurance for the pipes in my house when I was having some stoppage problems in my bathroom and kitchen area. I had to call these two gentlemen out on a weekend with very little notice because all the other plumbing contractors through my insurance were not interested in working on the weekend with such little notice(understandable). When they arrived the issue was quickly diagnosed via a camera in the main drain and the problem roots were swiftly removed from the drain. I cannot explain how happy I am with the professionalism and know-how this duo showed. They told me their names but unfortunately I cant remember at the moment. Thank you guys so much for helping me on such short notice and I will be requesting this company if I ever have any other issues with my plumbing. 5 stars! fantastic work!

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Fast, prompt, and got my furnace running for the winter ahead on short notice. All components in the problem path were checked throughly before coming with a proven diagnosis and getting the part. I got to clearly see all of the work and come to the same conclusions --but without having to do all the work. I guarantee it would have taken me much longer to figure even as a former commercial ASHRAE certified technician. Wel-Don (well done)!!!
