I am very pleased from my phone call to my issue being resolved. I was informed with a follow up phone call and a text message from electrician to the time of arrival. Ryan G. was very professional and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the problem. He explained in great detail in terms I could understand. Ryan was a delight and would trust him with any other electrical problem that might arise. He took time to check a couple small issues I asked about and he reassured me everything looked good. I bought an as-is home which required me to update the plumbing and this company was very professional. The owner came out himself to see what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable and he offered different warranty options. Afterwards, he did a complete walk thru with me again and showed me everything that was done. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

They're OK. They're kind of an old fashioned family business, I think, or at least that's how it feels. They unclogged a basement drain and I have no problem with the work. However, they charge a whopping 5% of your bill if you want to use a credit or debit card to pay them and tell you it is the card processing company that charges them. This is tax deductible for businesses and it is bull that they pass it on to their customers. It's also nonstandard practice and they don't have an online pay system. My bill was $100 so it worked out to $5 extra for me. If it was a larger bill I would have refused to pay the up charge and as it is a mandatory $5 tip is a bit much. Your alternative is to mail in a check or have cash ready when they come but I was out of town when the repair happened so it wasn't an option for me.

Quick Relief Plumbing was sent out to complete a slab repair, through my home warranty protection. The main drain pipe had holes and cracks. This is the pipe where all of my kitchen area went into. Once the project started, Anthony and his crew were very knowledgeable and made a recommendation that I replace the whole line. So I did give my approval to do so and it's a good thing I did because the whole pipe was corroded, cracked and if they would have just done the little repair that was originally needed. I would be dealing with more problems. Anthony is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, timely and I would recommend his services to any of my friends or family. These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
