Anthony from Quick Relief called just over 24 hours after I filed the claim with my home warranty company. The claim was filed on Saturday, late afternoon, and he called me around 6 p.m. Sunday to schedule an appointment for first thing Monday morning.

This is my first home and my first call for this type of issue, so needless to say I was a bit stressed out about the process but the whole thing went smoothly. Anthony was on time, friendly, immediately located the problem and assured me it was covered for my trade-fee copay. The work was done immediately. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

By far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they very personable, but very honest and work with integrity. They worked tirelessly to fix a shower leak we had. They explained the issue thoroughly to me and helped me understand. They also were very respectful to my house (they wore shoe booties) and cleaned up when they were done. I 100% trust them if I ever have an issue, again.

Danny, reviewed the three problems that we had, proposed the solutions, gathered the materials that were required, and fixed all three problems in a very reasonable time frame. He then reviewed the work with us and identified some features that we were not aware of before. This was a both a professional and pleasant experience for us.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

I was having water back up into my bathroom and my landlord had them come over. They were here for 20-30 minutes and then they just kind of left. I'm not having the problem anymore so I guess that means they fixed it, but just a confirmation would have been nice. I didn't know if they left and they had planned to come back or what. A 'We fixed it, have a nice day' would've been awesome.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
