I'm a new home owner. I tried to save money by doing something I've never attempted. It quickly turned into a disaster. Too much for me to handle. I called frantic and I had someone sent out within an hour. Raymond looked like Jesus with a shining halo around his head as he walked up my driveway ready to save my home and peace of mind. I can't thank him enough for everything he did. He was honest, deliberate, and had the kind of work ethic that you hope for in any professional. It was a bigger job than he was prepared for, but he didn't look at the problems, he gave me options for solutions. I knew that he wasn't going to leave until the job was done right. He got creative and saved me from having to spend WAY more than I was able. Ask for raymond. Trust me.

The Technician was a Next Level professional! He diagnosed the issue with our washer and listened and communicated clearly professionally and made sure we understood what was going to happen at each step of the process to getting our washer repaired. These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I had Pierpoint come out and give me a quote for three issues, needed a new outdoor spigot, pressure release valve, and a water shut off in the crawl space.

Quote went fine, I called a week or so later to schedule someone to come out. Day of my appointment, guy shows up and asks what we're doing. Tell him about the three issues above, says he doesn't have a spigot on hand and will need to run to the store. He's gone for an hour, not the end of the world but comes back and gets to it. He comes and gets me when he's done, tells me about how a pipe in my crawlspace is disconnected and someone will reach out to give me a quote since that's not his job, I pay and he leaves.

I decide to check on the water shut off as I was about to go on vacation and turns out they didn't install the shut off, only the pressure release valve. I call back and ask if they can come back out and install the shut off as well as give me the quote for the disconnected pipe. Lady on the phone is nice and says they'll have the same guy come out and install it and have the quote guy come at the same time.

Next day, guy does show up and fix the issue but the guy who was supposed to give me a quote for the disconnected pipe never shows up. No explanation or reschedule either.

Ended up calling someone else (John from Superior Plumbing KC) who came out day-of and fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes, so I'm not really sure why Pierpoint needed to have another person come out and give me a quote when it was an easy fix.

Overall they did what I paid them to do, but communication was poor and I'm not a fan of how they seemingly were fine with letting my pipe stay disconnected down there dumping water/waste.

Great plumber who is reasonable and good to his word. Did a great job!

Not professional. Their “warranty” isnt worth the paper it’s written on. They don’t stand behind their work. I don’t recommend.

Getting an estimate on the rough plumbing for a 2nd bathroom. Jake came in to review the situation and give an estimate. He was professional and explained how the work would be done and the cost. I will be getting more estimates, but I was impressed with what I heard from Jake.

I love this company!!! They go all out to please their customers. The te h they sent out was absolutely Awesome!!! He was very caring about my situation and did everything he could make sure my toilet worked as it should.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!
