Ok....Connelly is THE BEST plumbing team in KC! They just left after fixing a leaking valve and we wanted to write a review - they didn't even ask us to. Easy to schedule appointments with, truly amazing customer service, attention to job detail is second to none, and their years of experience and trade skill is fantastic! They're honest, personal and they believe in making sure the customer's problem is completely fixed. I am so happy we have found a plumber we can trust. We're now going to contract Connelly for plumbing upgrade projects.

I cannot say enough great things about A.B. May, this company is the best. They installed our new furnace and air conditioning and they've repaired our dryer. They also installed new plumbing along with repairing our dishwasher. Every tech that has been sent to our home has been professional, knowledgeable & courteous. We have complete coverage with their service plan and we could not be any happier. It's a tremendous value along with peace of mind and that's worth a lot in my book.I highly recommend A.B. We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed. We've now had two visits, both resolved our issues completely and now we have a new plumber. If you need plumbing help - Give Bill Fry, the Plumbing Guy, A Try! 😄. I believe you will be glad you did.

Friday i had a simple clog and called to have someone come to inspect it. I was told they would call back in 30 minutes and they never did. I called back after an hour and they operator told me they were busy and eventually a plumber would call back. Its Monday and they still haven't. Fortunately, I could tell by the operator's tone and aloof attitude that this wasn't the start of a good experience so I immediately called Benjamin Franklin and they came the next day and took care of the issue. There is nothing wrong with being busy but maybe dont promise to call potential new customers back and not follow through. We have a small child and we would consider not being able to use our kitchen sink an emergency, even if you do not. This disparity in professionalism is surprising and typifies why I will never recommend this company. Bruce at Benjamin Franklin was excellent. Travis at Plumbing Pro has helped out 120 year old house several times. He is always fast, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

He does high end Quality work on every job it doesn't matter if it's a $1000 job or a $50000 job he treats every one of them like it's the only job he has. I Have an older house that was built about 85 yrs ago, John and his service team together assessed what needed to be done to complete drain pipes for roughing upstairs bathroom. They did a great job and would used their services again as well as recommend to others.

Austin was great to work with and handled my situation quickly and thoroughly. Reasonable in price and great customer service. I highly recommend Pierpoint Plumbing and will use them again.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
