My old water heater broken down on a Saturday night. I called multiple places on Sunday morning, and Chase was one of the few who would offer me a replacement estimate over the phone with several options. Chase gladly came over on the same afternoon (still Sunday), gave me several options, and suggested where to spend more money on and where to cut cost,. We decided to listen to his advice by spending a little bit more money on a higher efficiency water heater. He also went through step by step on how to check water pressure and maintain our new water heater. In the end, Chase was the only person who offered to replace my water heater on the same day, and his price is the best I could find around town. Chase is awesome and I highly recommend KC Water Heaters.

Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

Had Mr. Roooter fix a non-draining kitchen sink which I could do nothing about. They arrived the same day a tried 3 or 4 simple approaches without success. Then they traced the location of the obstruction to a horizontal pipe beneath the concrete floor in the basement toilet area. Of course, this required toilet removal, breaking up the concrete and digging down to said pipe, then replacement of the entire length of this cast iron pipe from kitchen drain to termination in main drain.
Afterword, they filled the hole with rubble and concrete and set a new base for the toilet. Cleanup was done reasonably well.
The workers, Roy & Erron, were polite, wore anti-COVID masks, and were a pleasure to work with. I never met the boss, but talked to him by phone several times. He was accommodating and willing to negotiate price and details. The office secretary/manager was a delight to deal with.
All in all, it was a very good experience.

My pilot light had gone out and needed to be re lit- as simple as that. No parts, no fixing anything just re light it. The technician came in and within seconds he had the pilot back on. I have no issue with the expertise but I felt overcharged for such a simple job. I have had technicians come in the past for the same job and charged me no where close to what this company charged me. I really wanted to give a 5 star review but the charges have left me feeling a bit upset

We've actually used this business in times past, but twice in the past month. Frankly, we were unhappy with the first job. They priced it at $750 to change a drain pipe under the kitchen sink. We could not be there for the job and assumed they had changed the entire pipe, but they didn't, they just put in new pipe under sink and tied in to the existing pipe. They did remove the garbage disposal (didn't put it back) and run augar. $750 is over the top for maybe $30 in materials. Today we had them out to change a leaking spiced in the basement. First they said $450, my husband said no, so the guy said ok $295, but then he had a small part break and had to replace that, so upped the price to $310. I'm sorry, we get inflation etc, but this is over the top expensive, and we won't be using them again. Don't get me wrong the work seems to be quality, but prices are to high.

The service person was very good. He knew what to do and got the job work done in a timely manner. Everything was clean up and you did not know he was there or if any work was done. I have used this company several times and I am always satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.Ray March 14 2018

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
