I used Mr. Rooter to unclog a drain pipe and then line said pipe. The work they performed was adequate and I have no complaints about their on site staff.

Their follow up on the job is subpar. The pipe lining was done in February 2021. At that time, two mounds of dirt were left in the front yard. The people doing the work let me know that I should call back in a few months in the rain didn't settle everything back to an acceptable grade.

On August 13th we had finally had enough rainy days to tamp down the soil a bit. The two mounds stood tall, so I decided to call Mr. Rooter to take care of the landscaping they tore up. This lead to them scheduling someone to come out over and over, only for nobody to show up at the scheduled time. I called back a total of four times over two months and set another date in their system.

I just got off the phone with them again to cancel whatever might be in their calendar to visit my property. I will be finding a professional landscape service to clean up their job site after so many missed appointments.

Team was great from booking through install. Quick, clean and friendly. Exactly what we needed! Will definitely use again.

I have been a customer of Pierpoint Plumbing for over two years. I had them out on two separate occasions, once for a clogged kitchen sink and the other for a broken pipe. Both times they were prompt, professional, and the work was done efficiently. I would highly recommend Pierpoint Plumbing to anyone I know who is in need of plumbing services.

Tim did a wonderful job of listening to me and my thoughts about what was needed and did everything I asked. Tim did his best to save me money and in the end I authorized additional work to prevent a repeat of my current problem, which likely would not have been long since there was so much corrosion in my galvanized pipe. My pipe was completely plugged, so merely cleaning a 51 year old pipe would not have solved my problem for long. I chose to have Tim replace the pipe. Thank You Tim! Dwayne was very knowledgeable and timely. Kept area where he was working very neat and clean and cleaned up after he was done. Very informative about ways to prevent future issues.

Still the best plumber I've never used. I recently had a leak that Jerry was super helpful with in walking me through some steps to help identify the location. He did this on his own time which just shows what a stand up person he is. Unfortunately he was booked out for several days and our family could not wait to fix a leaking pipe so I had to get someone else to do the work. I'll add this is the second time Jerry has been super helpful and nice (once about 5 years ago too) on his own time and dime. If I ever need any plumbing job done this is definitely the guy I'll be calling.
