We had Andrew install 2 shower grab bars in my mother’s bathroom. He was very polite, professional and tidy! The work was finished quickly and was exactly what we needed.

Jon came out, thoroughly explained what he was here to do, did the work, then gave us a breakdown of everything and what it would cost. He went above and beyond by taking the time to look at a couple of items not directly related to the visit and had some ideas about them or called someone and then gave recommendations.

The job was done well, the employee was very nice and passionate about what he is doing.

Mike and Bristol Plumbing are first class. Mike has been to my house on several occasions to fix small and large plumbing problems. He has been on time and very professional. Mike fixed the problem in both instances quickly and with quality parts and supplies.

I discovered a water heater leak on Monday morning. Quality had a plumber at my house in the afternoon. They replaced my very old 80-gallon tank with two side-by-side 50 gallon tanks, and added the electrical work, a pressure expansion tank, and dual feeds.

I'm a new home owner. I tried to save money by doing something I've never attempted. It quickly turned into a disaster. Too much for me to handle. I called frantic and I had someone sent out within an hour. Raymond looked like Jesus with a shining halo around his head as he walked up my driveway ready to save my home and peace of mind. I can't thank him enough for everything he did. He was honest, deliberate, and had the kind of work ethic that you hope for in any professional. It was a bigger job than he was prepared for, but he didn't look at the problems, he gave me options for solutions. I knew that he wasn't going to leave until the job was done right. He got creative and saved me from having to spend WAY more than I was able. Ask for raymond. Trust me.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.
