I worked with Loren and Kevin! I had just moved here and needed a quick fix for my bed and some other odds and ends. Loren made my appointment quick and easy. Kevin came and did the work flawlessly. High quality. Super nice and friendly. He even let me test everything out before he left. Awesome service. I will definitely be reaching out again if I’m ever in need of handyman services! I've never had to call a plumber since I've lived in the KC area so I just Googled plumbers in the area and CPS came up. Since they had great reviews, I thought I would give them a try. I am extremely pleased. From the moment I called to make an appointment until the problem was fixed CPS provided outstanding service and professionalism. Their prices are reasonable too.

Quick Relief Plumbing was sent out to complete a slab repair, through my home warranty protection. The main drain pipe had holes and cracks. This is the pipe where all of my kitchen area went into. Once the project started, Anthony and his crew were very knowledgeable and made a recommendation that I replace the whole line. So I did give my approval to do so and it's a good thing I did because the whole pipe was corroded, cracked and if they would have just done the little repair that was originally needed. I would be dealing with more problems. Anthony is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, timely and I would recommend his services to any of my friends or family. I've used Poor John's for three projects now over the past year or so:

1.) Troubleshooting the source of a bathroom water leak and applying the appropriate fix.
2.) Putting in new wax seal for a hard-to-get-to toilet.
3.) Replacing the drain pipe behind/under the wall of my kitchen sink.

Each time the service was superb, the plumber was honest, the scheduling process was a breeze, and the price seemed very reasonable.
