I supplied my own bathroom faucet and needed them to fix shutoffs set with other repairs to sink ($189.00). Total was $527.00. We were very shocked that they charged us $366.00 for just replace the bathroom faucet which they never mention about the cost when we were talking on the phone. It should cost $75.00 to $100 to replace the bathroom faucet. Rip off!!!

Bristol Plumbing came out this morning to repair frozen water pipes leading to the kitchen sink. I called on Sunday & they came out first thing this morning. They were meticulous in assessing the problem & determining the location of the frozen pipe in the finished basement ceiling. They were careful only to remove the necessary drywall to locate the correct water pipes. Our kitchen faucet is now working & we have a plan to correct the problem for the long term. Their pricing was very fair for the work they did, especially on a sub-freezing day. I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing!

He explained things very well and that's important to me because I know nothing about plumbing. He also cleaned up after himself and was very respectful to my home. Quality Plumbing has been out to our house twice now for separate issues. Both times the dispatching staff and the technicians that arrived were courteous, punctual, and explained things in a manner that was easily understood. I never felt like I was being upsold service I didn’t need and actually had one of their technicians explain to me how I could fix some of my issues for free without having to call them again.
