What a nice guy! Panic call he answers and comes over after hours. So honest and understanding. Replaced my sump pump. And I couldn't have been more relieved. Good service. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the new sump pump and pit they put in. They cleaned everything and didn't leave a mess in my house which I was shocked. Terry is very nice and paid attention to details. The only thing is that I also wanted a garage bathroom to have 1 pipe replaced. They charged me $450 which I think was very high. I was pretty sure they did that so they wouldn't have to replace it in the heat. I was not able to get a price quote ahead of time.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Had a great experience with Zoom Drain. They were able to schedule an appointment super quickly to come check out our problem and were punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Would highly recommend and we will be using them again!

Rowdy did a FANTASTIC job! My dog had destroyed my outdoor pipe for my garden hose. I couldn't fix it, so I called Poor John's. Rowdy was on time, polite, communicated well, efficient, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job replacing/repair my pipe and shut-off valve. Would definitely use them again! Highly recommended!

I'm a new home owner. I tried to save money by doing something I've never attempted. It quickly turned into a disaster. Too much for me to handle. I called frantic and I had someone sent out within an hour. Raymond looked like Jesus with a shining halo around his head as he walked up my driveway ready to save my home and peace of mind. I can't thank him enough for everything he did. He was honest, deliberate, and had the kind of work ethic that you hope for in any professional. It was a bigger job than he was prepared for, but he didn't look at the problems, he gave me options for solutions. I knew that he wasn't going to leave until the job was done right. He got creative and saved me from having to spend WAY more than I was able. Ask for raymond. Trust me.

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.
