Friday i had a simple clog and called to have someone come to inspect it. I was told they would call back in 30 minutes and they never did. I called back after an hour and they operator told me they were busy and eventually a plumber would call back. Its Monday and they still haven't. Fortunately, I could tell by the operator's tone and aloof attitude that this wasn't the start of a good experience so I immediately called Benjamin Franklin and they came the next day and took care of the issue. There is nothing wrong with being busy but maybe dont promise to call potential new customers back and not follow through. We have a small child and we would consider not being able to use our kitchen sink an emergency, even if you do not. This disparity in professionalism is surprising and typifies why I will never recommend this company. Bruce at Benjamin Franklin was excellent. Horrible experience!!!! Horrible customer service. My husband Valentino has had to go back and forth with them and to this day we still have a huge hole in our yard, that is a complete safety hazard. Do not go with this company unless you enjoy gambling.

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
