I happened to notice KBComplete on a job site in my neighborhood. I inquired about an issue I was having with my hot water heater and the person I spoke with actually took the time to listen, ask questions and listen to my answers. He then offered his opinion on what might be happening. He even told me an answer I didn’t want to hear but it was the truth, and exactly what I needed to hear.Once home I called and scheduled an appointment. Call taker was just as friendly and helpful.Patrick was my service provider. He actually showed up early, assessed the situation and got right to work. He was friendly, thorough, and professional and left me with a demonstration on how to care for my new hot water heater.Quality service. Quality product. Quality people.

John was referred to me by a friend, he came out on time, uniformed up, he gave me a bid to replace my sewer they did it in a timely manner, had it inspected cleaned up after themselves..I will surely call him for all my plumbing needs..

feedback on recent service by Connelly Plumbing Solutions. Although The plumber was courteous and provided the service requested, the price was outrageous for the time and materials provided. This was not an emergency service, however, we needed a shower faucet repaired or replaced. Typical pricing for this repair runs $275 - $400 on the high end. It took the Connelly Plumbing Solutions’ plumber 40 minutes to replace the 2 faucets and the 2 stems behind the knobs. They charged me and $706!! Lesson learned for me not to use them again, and I would not recommend Connelly Plumbing Solutions. It is a complete rip off !!

The Sewer Doctors came out for our home inspection and did a sewer camera inspection on our entire sewer line. They showed us pictures along the way and explained what everything meant to us! They were so helpful and we are so glad that we had them to come do an inspection before we closed on our home!

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

Fast, prompt, and got my furnace running for the winter ahead on short notice. All components in the problem path were checked throughly before coming with a proven diagnosis and getting the part. I got to clearly see all of the work and come to the same conclusions --but without having to do all the work. I guarantee it would have taken me much longer to figure even as a former commercial ASHRAE certified technician. Wel-Don (well done)!!!

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw. My experience with Jesse & his “helper” was very pleasant! Best service I’ve had in my home by far! I will most definitely utilize Bill Fry for any future needs as Jesse’s knowledge & positive attitude made my stressful situation become a minor inconvenience! Seth showed up within the specified time frame and gave me a complete rundown of what to expect along with the cost of each item in order of importance.
He was knowledgeable and managed to snake out the floor drain while explaining everything in detail.
