Andrew installed a door. From Acehandyman. He left it worse off than what we had. Didn't weatherproof it at all. Not plum, flush, level or square. Feel air coming in everywhere. He cut a hole in my wall, split my new door. Put another whole in my wall. Left the outside of my house open for any kind of weather or rodents and pests to get in under my subfloor to destroy not only my door, also my house and for pests and rodents to make their way to the rest of my house as they plz. Paid 1500.00 for doors and materials. Just to have destroyed and cause more of a problem then there was originally. Never would I use them or recommend. They need to rectify this come up with a solution quickly. As the cold and wet and warm weather here in Missouri is always changing. Cold is going to roll in with moisture a well, not good for your home to be properly sealed and weatherproofed. My home is now exposed to it all and whatever creatures decide to hibernate. KB Complete came out to my neighbor's to fix a plumbing issue. She speaks English but has a very thick Japanese accent which can make her difficult to understand, is elderly, and lives alone. KB took advantage of her. They charged her three grand to put a piece of plastic around a broken pipe. The pipe a year later is broken yet again, but they said it is only warranted for one year. One year warranty for fixing a pipe that cost three thousand dollars. That is ridiculous, and when we called them back to say they did not treat her right they refused to do anything about. Claimed the work was good, it was out of warranty and that was that. They may be good for the people who can stand up for themselves, but I will never use someone who takes advantage of people when they know they can get away with it. Pathetic.

We had serious water pressure issues with our kitchen sink and refrigerator water line and had no clue what was causing either issue. We first hired Bob Hamilton. They sent a 20-year-old kid to our house who obviously had no clue what was causing either issue and said we likely had calcium sediment accumulation. He recommended a multi-thousand dollar repair despite displaying very little confidence that he had actually diagnosed our problem. We declined and resigned to having terrible water pressure in our kitchen.

On a recommendation from a friend, we gave Connelly Plumbing a shot. Steve (the owner) showed up to our house and immediately diagnosed both issues independently. He repaired the refrigerator water line within 20 minutes of the first visit and scheduled an appointment to fix our kitchen sink -- which he did without a problem. Both visits were very reasonably priced. Needless to say, we've been cursing Bob Hamilton's name ever since seeing how swiftly and cheaply Steve was able to get our pressure back to normal.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using them for future projects.

I Have an older house that was built about 85 yrs ago, John and his service team together assessed what needed to be done to complete drain pipes for roughing upstairs bathroom. They did a great job and would used their services again as well as recommend to others.

Scheduled two different appts. No show and no call to both. Absolutely ridiculous. No way to run a business, would never use or recommend. Called them the first day. Text their employee no response. Called the office the next week and booked two different days. They wouldn’t give me a specific time just said to be home. Spent two days at home and still they didn’t show up. Called our prop manager and had them transfer the claim. Very unprofessional, receptionist is clueless about appt and schedule. Owner makes excuses instead of correcting the error. Luckily got a new company and they are on their way the same day, text to confirm appt. Called to confirm details and will be here in ten mins. Run from this company.
