I've never had to call a plumber since I've lived in the KC area so I just Googled plumbers in the area and CPS came up. Since they had great reviews, I thought I would give them a try. I am extremely pleased. From the moment I called to make an appointment until the problem was fixed CPS provided outstanding service and professionalism. Their prices are reasonable too.

Levi did an amazing job and was thorough in diagnosing the issue. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Levi's customer service made up for the communication issues of the call center and dispatch. We were rescheduled previously and they were advised we were available after 230pm. They called at 222pm and due to being unable to answer my phone we were bumped from the schedule. I called promptly at 230pm and there was nothing they could do to help. They wanted to reschedule a month and a half later and when I explained our system isn't working right they changed the work order to a repair call and scheduled the next day. It was quite frustrating. So far AB May has excellent techs and service providers but the communication end of things seems to be hit or miss.Update: Levi returned and again provided excellent service and confidence in fixing the issue.

Bill Fry and his plumbers are professional and great communicators. I needed a garbage disposal removed and a new large sink and faucet installed. Also needed a water line to my new fridge. They did a great job with efficiency. With plumbing partners like this, you can handle your kitchen renovation yourself with confidence. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted Keith through Home Advisor and he was one of the few to respond. He came out when he said he would and replaced our kitchen faucet quickly and at a reasonable price. He also removed all of the trash and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use again!

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

Our ac went out in Father's day. He was her 20 mins after we called. Ac couldn't be fixed, but gave a great price on new unit. Absolutely a pleasure doing business with.

I was having water back up into my bathroom and my landlord had them come over. They were here for 20-30 minutes and then they just kind of left. I'm not having the problem anymore so I guess that means they fixed it, but just a confirmation would have been nice. I didn't know if they left and they had planned to come back or what. A 'We fixed it, have a nice day' would've been awesome.
