A/C died and it was extremely uncomfortable in our house with the excessive heat. Called late in the evening and had someone here by 1:00pm the next day. Kaleb was our service man and he took excellent care of us. Was able to fix the problem and explained everything thoroughly. We have used this company for years and have been very happy. The house had a very old plumbing system (from 1973) and is built on a slab so it had many challenges. Kyle was very knowledgeable and installed a new outside faucet as well as installing a new valve for the main shut-off. He was extremely friendly and they were having a special on the outside faucet so the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Connelly Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!!

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
