Steve recently came out and fixed multiple leaks beneath our kitchen sink, as well as removed our old disposal and installed a new one. He was personable, knowledgeable, and did a stand-out job. He saved us many hours of frustration (had we attempted to fix/install everything ourselves), and we are very appreciative! His pricing was reasonable, too. Thanks, CPS!

Garrett (tech # 0358) came out and fixed our backed-up kitchen sink! It had been backing up into the other side of the sink and we were having trouble with backed-up water w/ the dishwasher too. Since he came there's been no problems at all.

My main line drain clogged on a Wednesday. I called for an appointment that afternoon, but because of a coming snow storm, the earliest appointment was Friday. Joey finally got to my house, after a very long day of catching up due to said storm, and assessed my problem. He had it fixed in a very short time. I tried several companies and Inception was the only one that had a REAL person to answer the telephone! The others had answering machines and not one returned my call. They were prompt and friendly. Discussed the fix and quoted a price. Their employee James was very nice and professional. The problem turned out to be bigger then what we expected a new price was quoted and the problem was fixed. In the long run they saved me from what could have been a catastrophe. The boss even showed up to help shovel! Thank you, Inception Plumbing.
