We've actually used this business in times past, but twice in the past month. Frankly, we were unhappy with the first job. They priced it at $750 to change a drain pipe under the kitchen sink. We could not be there for the job and assumed they had changed the entire pipe, but they didn't, they just put in new pipe under sink and tied in to the existing pipe. They did remove the garbage disposal (didn't put it back) and run augar. $750 is over the top for maybe $30 in materials. Today we had them out to change a leaking spiced in the basement. First they said $450, my husband said no, so the guy said ok $295, but then he had a small part break and had to replace that, so upped the price to $310. I'm sorry, we get inflation etc, but this is over the top expensive, and we won't be using them again. Don't get me wrong the work seems to be quality, but prices are to high.

I’ve had very good experiences with Roto-Rooter and I have used them multiple times over the past few years. I just had them out recently for a bigger job. They did a great job explaining everything very thoroughly & completing the work.

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

I called Above and Beyond requesting that they come out to perform a leak detection. They were very professional sending text updates etc. and they came out to inspect the source of the leak that same day. Chad, the representative that came out was very professional and knowledgable and truly went “Above and Beyond”. The leak was very difficult to detect as it was impossible to replicate and he performed a roof inspection as well, above the area where the leak is. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. 5 star service!

I’ve had an exceptional experience with Rainbow Plumbing. They were very accommodating when I emailed and called them to set up an appointment time that would work best with my night shift work schedule. I’ve had them out several times to fix a kitchen sink leak, replace an overly rusted and calcified toilet parts, and install a new faucet. Their labor time was quick and the plumbers were very knowledgeable and friendly. The labor costs in my opinion were very reasonable and competitive and they don’t charge a $50.00 “travel fee” (with or without an estimate) like one of their competitors, at least not that I know of. I’d use them again for more future projects.
