Josh showed up within two hours of me calling to schedule an appointment. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. He fixed the problem right away and you can’t ask for more than that!

Climate Control sent over service technician Nate D. and I can say I have not had someone as knowledgeable and friendly work on anything for me on recent memory. We actually missed Nates call and he still came back to help us the same day and at every turn he had a smile on his face and an answer on hand. We will now be using Climate Controls for all of our heating and cooling needs!

Over 6 months have not been able to get leak sealed from pipe he replaced

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.

Scheduled two different appts. No show and no call to both. Absolutely ridiculous. No way to run a business, would never use or recommend. Called them the first day. Text their employee no response. Called the office the next week and booked two different days. They wouldn’t give me a specific time just said to be home. Spent two days at home and still they didn’t show up. Called our prop manager and had them transfer the claim. Very unprofessional, receptionist is clueless about appt and schedule. Owner makes excuses instead of correcting the error. Luckily got a new company and they are on their way the same day, text to confirm appt. Called to confirm details and will be here in ten mins. Run from this company.

Joseph Lopez was exceptional from A.B. May. He was punctual, knowledgeable, very professional and even answered questions that I had about certain things, with positive energy and a willingness to assist my understanding. Today Joseph had some tasks that were a bit involved to complete and he did a fantastic job servicing our needs along with representing your company. I felt like I had known him and I just met him this early afternoon. This particular service job took several hours and he kept a wonderful attitude, a great worker. Thank you Joseph.

The Fry Team it’s not only reasonable but they are quick to respond always have a smile on their face and do a thorough job! They notice other things that might need to be addressed, and sometimes just fix it while they’re there at no additional cost or tell you things that need to be addressed at some point with no pressure sales. I will always use the Fry team!!

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Roy went above and beyond. He was very thorough with explaining what the problem was. I would moat definitely have him back to our home again in the future. Thank you so much! 💓
