Fast, prompt, and got my furnace running for the winter ahead on short notice. All components in the problem path were checked throughly before coming with a proven diagnosis and getting the part. I got to clearly see all of the work and come to the same conclusions --but without having to do all the work. I guarantee it would have taken me much longer to figure even as a former commercial ASHRAE certified technician. Wel-Don (well done)!!!

The gas company turned our hot water heater off because of a backdraft at the flue. Bill said it just needed to heat up a little, and he was right!!

Was able to book a same day appointment to assess a main sewage line back up. Anthony was on time and professional. Assessed what was in front of him and presented me with pricing before performing the work. They cleaned out 30 foot of pipe until they hit a hard stop. They said they would be back first thing in the morning with a camera to assess further. They were on time the next morning and described the issue to me along with video evidence. Basically had clay piping that appeared to be disjointed due to a tree root. Anthony was very generous enough to wave the original $500 clean out fee and only charged me with the $350 camera fee. He presented me with a $6000 quote to dig and replace the clay piping. Obviously shocked by the pricing I looked to another plumbing company for a second opinion. In the end, I went with the second company. Pricing was the same however they were very thorough in my opinion and confirmed the same with their camera free of charge. They performed hydro jetting not only on the main sewage line but also on the backed up line under my house. Ultimately, Anthony did me a solid by not charging me for the clean out but just wish he was a little more thorough and presented other options to me first.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Had Alex and Josh clean my drains they also came back and put some solution in the drains to help open them up.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

I discovered a water heater leak on Monday morning. Quality had a plumber at my house in the afternoon. They replaced my very old 80-gallon tank with two side-by-side 50 gallon tanks, and added the electrical work, a pressure expansion tank, and dual feeds.
Absolutely recommend. Plus, the technician was kind, explained everything well, and was very careful around my escape artist cats.
