Jason Prayson ( Comport Advisor/ HVAC manager ) is very articulate and knowledgeable in giving information that if i change the HVAC unit in our house . we need also to install a return / Airplow to gain 550 Cfm . i am very impress with the quality of service/ work . Marvin And Jonathan take pride of thier Job installing my new Lennox Hvac unit , my family really feel the difference the comport of our new system . To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!

This company tries to earn ur business then when u let them in ur doors and ask for an estimate, they send a guy out and don’t tell him he’s doing an estimate but he’s doing a service call, so I had him call his work and he found out that it was for an estimate. After he was done doing the estimate he said that they would email the estimate to me. I thought ok great. Well I get the email after 1 to 2 months later open it up and it’s not an estimate it’s a BILL
Saying my company owes them over $400 dollars. For work completed. I was like what!!!
I called up CEI mechanical and spoke to some guy who refused to give me the owners number because the owner was out of the office.
So what I’m trying to say is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
You will get charged for stuff u didn’t want and didn’t even sign for.
