He is very good very busy and hard to hire.. because is stays busy. but if you are able to get on his schedule you will be very pleased with his work. NO complaints here!

I cannot say enough positive things about Connelly Plumbing Solutions. Jenny was super responsive from my initial inquiry and communicated with me via email and phone every step throughout our process. We were set up with an excellent plumber, Adam, who came out and not only helped us figure out where a shower leak was potentially coming from but also assisted with a slow drain in another bathroom. Adam had another plumber with him on the 1st visit, Luke, who offered his opinion which I thought was great-the more information the better!

Although our issue ended up not being fully plumbing-related, they offered a referral that is working out very well so far. I am so thankful for Adam's honesty and clear communication. He was also personable and used his own experiences to offer solutions and recommend services. My history with some of the bigger name plumbing companies has been disappointing and Connelly Plumbing Solutions has completely eased my mind about having a plumbing issue in the future (although let's hope they're few and far between). I have no doubt that they're our go-to plumber and will continue to refer family & friends when services are needed.

The owners and operators of Full Nelson Inc. really know how to hire and give the best to its customers. Corky Williams is a fantastic salesman who can deliver the goods. Corky took the time to go through our prospective furnace and air-conditioner purchase and ensure our needs were met. As an asthma household, his recommendation to include a Sanuvox (whole-home air-cleaning system) to our home gave us something everyone appreciates, clean air at home. This was a need fulfilled.

After dreading installation day (during mid-July), we were more than pleased with the service team who arrived on time, worked steadily, and finished before 2:00 p.m. Each service-team member was friendly and knowledgeable. It really makes a difference when you are treated like a valued customer.

Overall, happy with the service. We had a deep clog removed from a bathroom sink. Mark was efficient and communicated what the job entailed. Scheduling was easy online and they showed up on time. Only reason for a 4 is the high price for 30 min of work.

Keith was fantastic. He was very punctual, and he did the job right, he fully cleaned out the main line. He didn't just poke a hole in the clog. He also gave advice for our situation. They also responded to our request within an hour.

My kitchen sink area was a mess! Water was leaking everywhere under the sink and down into the basement. Faucet needed to be replaced, garbage disposal stopped working and dishwasher drain hose rusted through. Because of the water leaking into the basement, they knew I needed help right away. They came out less than an hour after I called. Knowledgeable, helpful, and explained everything they were doing. Pricing is fair and service is great. Thanks!

OMG! I am so excited to report that our year long problem has been solved!! We have had at least 15 other vendors out to look at our low water pressure issue. If you were taking a shower and someone else needed to use the bathroom, or do dishes, or wash clothes, you were out of luck!! Additionally, the stream of water in the tub was so low that it would literally take 1 hour to fill the tub for a bath. Some of the suggestions from previous vendors included adding a pump to the top of the water tank to force more water up, changing out all the pipes in the entire house (extremely expensive), replacing some of the pipes as they were too small in places, bypass the water softener because maybe the softener is the problem, etc., etc., etc. So we had the water softener bypassed and it made our water pressure even worse!! So we had Mark (#379) to come out to undo the bypass of the water softener. Not only did Mark reinstall the water softener but he also went out and checked the outside water meter. Turns out the water meter was turned too far (past open) and therefore we had no water pressure. Let me tell you if we were not in COVID-19, I would have given Mark the biggest hug ever!! So I HIGH RECOMMEND this company for any of your plumbing needs!!

Arrived at our house within 2 hours of us calling to fix an HVAC problem. Always professional and fair, which is why we have used them for years for our heating and cooling systems after dealing with other companies. They’re amazing and would definitely recommend!

I contacted Pat based on a referral from my realtor. I'm SO glad that I did - he saved me thousands of dollars.

We had water backing up in our sewer line, so I originally contacted another plumbing company. After taking a camera through the line, they recommended the entire line be replaced to the main due to tree root issues.

All for the low cost of $13,000.

Not knowing any better (this is our first house), I almost took them up on the offer.

However, my wife recommended I get a couple more opinions (thank God). A second company quoted me at $6,500.

Finally, I called Pat from PG Plumbing. He took a camera through the line and was extremely thorough, showing me all sections of the pipe and areas where the tree roots were. Water was flowing through it and the roots were coming in from the top and sides, but it was manageable. The pipe was still in good shape.

He recommended several root treatments. After that, I just need to treat the pipe with a solution once a year to keep the roots out.

Not only did I save thousands of dollars, but I also learned how to treat and maintain my own sewer line. This company is worth every penny and much more.

I'll never use anyone else for my plumbing needs! Thank you, Pat.
