Best Drainage System in Kansas City MO

Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

I cannot say enough positive things about Connelly Plumbing Solutions. Jenny was super responsive from my initial inquiry and communicated with me via email and phone every step throughout our process. We were set up with an excellent plumber, Adam, who came out and not only helped us figure out where a shower leak was potentially coming from but also assisted with a slow drain in another bathroom. Adam had another plumber with him on the 1st visit, Luke, who offered his opinion which I thought was great-the more information the better!

Although our issue ended up not being fully plumbing-related, they offered a referral that is working out very well so far. I am so thankful for Adam's honesty and clear communication. He was also personable and used his own experiences to offer solutions and recommend services. My history with some of the bigger name plumbing companies has been disappointing and Connelly Plumbing Solutions has completely eased my mind about having a plumbing issue in the future (although let's hope they're few and far between). I have no doubt that they're our go-to plumber and will continue to refer family & friends when services are needed.

Keith was absolutely wonderful to have in our home to solve our problem. Our main sewer line had backed up while we were away and Keith was on the job in less than 1-1/2 hrs after our call to Roto-Rooter.Keith was relentless in opening the sewer line. He ran 100’ of cable….then he attached another 100’….then he pulled back the 200’ and attached every grease cable that he had on his truck and ran it all out again for 230’ of cable to clear the drain!Success! To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!

Affordable and great work!!! They were so prompt and did good quality work! Won't go anywhere else ever for my plumbing needs!! Thank you guys!!
