I can’t thank Sewer doctors enough for their hard work and expertise. I have a client whose home is under contract and the only think we needed to close was a sewer scope from the house to the city. I called two other sewer companies to help out and unfortunately both failed. Neither one could make it to the city sewer but both charged for their time and work. Justin with Sewer Doctor came by and in no time flat he was able to scope the line all the way to the city. He did such a great job I can not thank him enough.

Showed up at early end of time block. The basement was gross & backed up. Plumber was nice, wore a mask per my request, cut out the roots out of the sewer drain, then made sure the backlog was cleared and gave some advice for not immediately reclogging the drain before leaving.

Zack called ahead to make sure we still felt comfortable with him coming in our home. He wore protective gear and made sure to sanitize any areas he worked. It was so appreciated. I feel like most companies don’t truly care about their customers, but I promise you, this one does! I would highly recommend!! Zack was very polite, showed up on time and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. I couldn’t be happier!
