I had several small jobs and Ace was great to work with. They were responsive, professional and reasonably priced. Mario, my handy man, did a great job on everything and clearly knows what he’s doing. I will use them again and refer to all my friends.

The first time I used this company about a year ago, they were on time, communicated and did great work.
Tried to use them again. Set up a time for them to come, I did not hear from them at the time they stated. So I called and said they were running behind but would definitely be there before dark. I waited and never saw them or received any type of call back or communication.

Danny replaced a leaky faucet in our kitchen sink. He made some necessary adjustments to accommodate the small space. A true professional and a job well done!

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

I've been using Joe for about 12 years. I've been impressed by his knowledge, honesty and quality work.
On my first call, Joe drove through a blizzard of more than 6 of snow to fix my furnace. And through the years has shown his troubleshooting ability in keeping my old system humming. Recently Joe and his crew did an excellent job installing a complete new system (Locating the components during the time the supply chain/COVID shutdown made it almost impossible to find)
I highly recommend Joe. His type of experience and personal interest is rarely seen nowadays.

To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!

These guys are professional, punctual, courteous and honest every time I call them. I have experienced other plumbers and plumbing companies in the past that try to sell up sell additional services that I dont need just to drive up the price and it feels bad. I always feel the people at Snake N Rooter are honest and thorough and polite. I believe they tell me the truth as to what they see but I never feel pressured or mislead to spend more than I need to have to solve my problem. I have probably spent more time and money than I needed trying other companies in the past but I believe I have found a good company I can trust to help when I need it. I am grateful to have found Snake N Rooter. I highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
