James is great to work with, worked two different days on a few small projects on the house, very professional and detailed.

Mike and Todd confirmed that I had a burned and melted wall box, plug & outlet. That is what I thought. Box taken out, replaced and rewired by Todd. Mike did some re-wiring, removed the old cord/cable and the new plug for the kiln. He also replaced a fuse. This took about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. Before they left we fired up the kiln and it worked. I’m pleased

Danny did a great job of quickly diagnosing the problem of our leaking shower head. He was able to explain the problem and fix it quickly for just the price of a service call. He was the only person who actually looked at the parts before diagnosing and giving a quote. They did a great job.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! Chris Corniels is quick, professional, friendly, thorough and left no mess. 30 warranty on drain clog is great. Pricing fair and up front before scheduling service call. Would have preferred advanced mention of fuel charge but it was reasonable and I maybe should have thought to ask. Great service overall.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
