I called Bristol as my 13 year old Noritz tankless hot water heater had developed a significant drip and had stopped working. Mike and his team were out the very next morning and confirmed that the unit was indeed “toast” and needed to be replaced. Mike and his crew showed up the next morning and began the removal and replacement with a new Noitz tankless. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and willingness to explain all the way through the process. He made some needed changes to the existing air intake and exhaust piping and took the time to explain why. They left the area clean and just like they found it. Needless to say my experience was awesome and I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing.

My HWH started leaking a lot the last week of the year---it was almost 20 years old so I knew I would need a new one. I called on a Saturday night and they were able to get me in the following week, of course they verified if I still had hot water (I did) -- it wasn't an emergency. Chase came out on time and did a fantastic job replacing my HWH, adding an expansion tank, and even took care of some venting that will help me down the road when I replace my furnace. It's nice to have someone with in-depth knowledge of water heaters and all the intricacies that accompany them. I feel good about the work he did, and he also was able to help me get a rebate from Spire! It's literally a win win. Thank you again Chase!

John was referred to me by a friend, he came out on time, uniformed up, he gave me a bid to replace my sewer they did it in a timely manner, had it inspected cleaned up after themselves..I will surely call him for all my plumbing needs..

Came over with basically no notice to check my spouse's DIY attempt at installing a new water heater. It turned into a several hours job of basically redoing the entire thing. They stayed well after their normal hours, were exceedingly kind, and still cost about half what Roto Rooter had quoted just for installation labor a week before. I picked them based on their reviews and they did not disappoint.

We asked tec to shake the lines he just replaced and he told us it wasn't necessary...later that night sewer back up in garage and laundry room, had another plumbing come out and snake the lines and everything works great now.

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs
