Best Commercial Plumbing Emergency in Kansas City MO

Had an appointment for a service call. Waited two hours and no technician showed up or called. They didn't bother to tell me that he would be 3 hours late! I went with another company (C.M. Mose & Son) for my service.

Quick response, very honest, half the cost quoted by other companies!

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

I WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR ABOUT A MONTH A WATER LINE HAD BUSTED AND CAUSED MY BASEMENT TO FLOOD. JOHN THE PLUMBER WAS A REFERRAL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON JULY 28th 2021 MR. JOHN AND HIS WATER LINE CREW SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AROUND 9am AND WAS DONE AROUND 1:30pm. THEY MADE MY DAY. MR. JOHN AND HIS CREW IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO ANY PLUMBING NEEDS I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS CREW.

This company was very easy to work with and communicated very well. They were also HONEST when they came out, letting me know I could repair my hot water heater rather than replace it. I choose to replace it; they were on time, courteous and very professional. Would highly recommend.

HORRIBLE company!!! I called and specifically asked them if they service my area and they said yes, they set my appointment up, THEN 20 minutes later, calls me to tell me that they don't service my area!!!!! After we had already talked to them three different times!!! Waste of my time when it is an emergency!!! Horrible customer service!

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!
