These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! The valve on my main water line sprung a bad leak on a Sunday afternoon and Carlos showed up within an hour of calling. He got my leak fixed and even replaced a valve that was going bad on the toilet bowl. He is prompt, professional and reasonably price. I will definitely call him when I need his services again.👍

To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!

I would Never use this company! Having encountered one of their drivers in a white panel van on I-35 yesterday, at about 5:30pm. From the Bond Bridge to the I-29 exit, he was driving like a complete lunatic. Swerving in and out of lanes and causing multiple cars to swerve and slam their brakes to avoid him. I hope this guy was experiencing explosive diarrhea, some level of excuse, at least. I left a very 'colorful', full of profanity message on your general mailbox. I hope you will know who this was. I also hope this was not the actual owner of your company. This was witnessed by many other commuters. I hope you received more calls than just mine. After he had caused me issues a few times, I shut him down nicely and let him know he was number 1. I hope this driver stays off the roads. It's pretty sad that one person has caused this review. Probably not a good idea to drive like a lunatic in a company vehicle, covered with your company information. I was still shaking and furious when I left a very nasty message in your general mailbox. I sincerely apologize to whomever had the displease of hearing it.
