This was a great experience. We got a quote from another, larger, company in the area that was almost double what we paid KC Water Heaters. It really felt like Chase cared more about doing the job well and helping us out more than getting our money. Plus I learned a lot about our plumbing and chimney/exhaust from him.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in!
