Our claw foot tub faucet had a persistent leak and Quick Relief identified the issue instantly. They installed a brand new faucet and even took the time to make sure the new faucet was perfectly centered because the old one was not. Andrew is the owner and he is top notch plumber. Professional, knowledgeable and a good guy. We had a pretty major basement flood recently and Andrew and his team were awesome. They diagnosed the problem quickly (a broken sump pump), fixed it on the spot (they had a brand new pump in the truck) and got it working within 60 minutes. Totally saved the day and there's more rain in the forecast so we would have been in big trouble. Andrew even gave me some recommendations for things we could do as a failsafe so this doesn't happen again. He never put pressure on us, just gave us a series of clear options.I'd definitely use them again for any plumbing job.

We had a copper pipe burst in our basement on a Saturday afternoon (pipe freeze). Pierpoint Plumbing in Kansas City, MO promptly returned our call the same day and offered to repair it early Sunday morning. Plumber was very personable, did a great job and also provided valuable advice to improve our installation in the future. Work done included burst copper pipe replacement, replacement of outside faucets with new freeze-less anti-siphon faucets, installation of ball valve, and easy drain valve indoors in the basement. Charged a competitive amount . We warmly recommend Pierpoint Plumbing Company and will gladly hire them again in the future.

We called LBA after calling 3 other companies who didn't return our calls within 24 hours. LBA answered our call right away and had someone at our house in 2 hours. I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional....
